And with the aim of satisfying all those Customers who are continually searching the most extreme customization of the containers to respond to the widest variety of market requirements, that a revolutionary capping system specially devoted to the Aerosol Can capping has come to light.

Container and cap are both cylindrically shaped.
The demand is to ensure the perfect cap orientation following the main silk-screen printing on the container, at a speed of 400 b.p.m.

A challenge, for the achievement of which it is necessary to read both bottle and cap and to align them accurately according to the specific requests of the Customer.

The Research & Development team at Ronchi’s, in continuous dialogue with the Customer, has studied a proprietary automatic process, tested first in the internal laboratory: equipped with the relevant change parts, it permits to simulate those real conditions the machines should work to, thus allowing to select and decide for the most suitable solutions to better adapting the system to the specific product.

A new capping system of the SIRIO/S line has so been realized that, through the application of brushless motors and a sophisticated reading equipment, ensures the most accurate orientation between cap and bottle, with just 1,5 tolerance degree. The system has been studied and guaranteed in full compliance with the ATEX standards and preserves all those features of quality and reliability that have made the fame of the RONCHI machines.

Once its manufacturing is completed, every machine is moved to the new testing department, a 4.000 sq.mt. covered area where the internal tests are carried out and the effective production is simulated directly with the Customer.
