Ronchi is consolidating its international presence by opening a new branch in Asia.

Ronchi Asia Company Limited, based in Bangkok, Thailand, provides on-site technical and commercial assistance.

With a highly specialised team, trained in Italy, it has direct contact with the customer at the time of sale and supervises the subsequent stages of on-site assembly, inspection and installation of Ronchi machinery, providing tailored post-sales technical support.

Ronchi Asia Company Limited also supplies spare parts, available in stock locally or from the main plant in Italy.

Anirban Sengupta is head of the Asia branch.

With its strongly customer-oriented structure, Ronchi is present in the main global markets with a network of agents and distributors, and operates directly with its own branches on the U.S. and British markets and now in Asia.
