EXACTA, excellence in filling

The incomparable experience in the application of the filling technology by means of flow-meters introduced by Ronchi in the early nineties has enhanced the reputation of the EXACTA machines to be the main reference in the forefront of the weight and volumetric filling lines available on the worldwide marketplace.

Extremely flexible, the EXACTA lines are suitable to handle every sort of liquid product: foamy liquids, products with viscosity up to 50000 cPs, corrosive detergents (thanks to the “Corrosion-proof” version) and flammable products (through the ‘EXP’ version); the filling volumes span from 5 ml up to 10.000 ml and more, and the highest production efficiency is constantly ensured.

Within the economic scenario whereas the marketing strategies are tending towards the most extreme personalization (late varianting) Ronchi is well placed thanks to the fine tuning of the most innovative solutions aimed at meeting all demands for the most peculiar applications: the new EXACTA line can in fact perform the simultaneous filling of two or more products during the same working cycle, thus allowing the realization of MIXED CASES. The products can then be finished at the same time, in variable proportions or with the addition of one or more additives to the basic product.

The versatility of the Ronchi machines is further strengthened by the productive advantages deriving from the utilization of flow-meters. Such technology ensures the highest dosing accuracy – 0,2% regardless of the dosed quantity – and do not require any maintenance, thanks to the adoption of instruments with no moving parts. The use of flow-meters has also allowed the elimination of the product tank. All along its way, from the pump to the dosing valve, the product runs through pipelines and will never get in touch with the air, thus avoiding any risk of oxidation, stagnation, etc.

Thanks to the easiness of the system, the filler works with a maximum of 15 litres of liquid circulating into the machine, which translates into major rapidity in the product change-over and reduction of the quantities to be handled or disposed. Not only. The lack of product tank ensures a highly hygienic filling; the manifold and the whole filler can easily be washed-up at the speed, pressure and temperature as selected by the operator, with the consequent minimization in the use of sterilizing agents and other washing solutions, as well as the timing in CIP/SIP mode.

The measuring and control systems are placed overhead the dosing area (dry area), thus they are safe from any contamination by the product. No electronic device is placed beneath the valves (wet area)

The “plus” offered by the Exacta Fillers are completed by the Quick-Release System patented by Ronchi, thanks to which the format change-over is performed quite rapidly and with no tool.
