Rotomatic PT Unscramblers
The PT series is supplied for applications where positive insertion of bottles into pucks is required. The ROTOMATIC-PT has been designed to operate at speeds of up to 300 BPM. An optional bottle orientation capability can be added to the PT series, utilizing vision, bar code detection or photo-optics. The puck delivery system also includes a no bottle no puck feature, consisting in a servo driven in feed scroll. The puck is released only if a bottle is present in the discharge starwheel of the bottle unscrambler.
