The EXACTA series fillers utilize magnetic or mass flowmeter technology and represent the benchmark in volumetric and weight filling machines available on the world wide market today. Precision dosing at 0.2% standard deviation provides for reduced costs of operation. Time and labour savings are due to the ease of product change overs with the standard clean in place (CIP) and sanitize in place (SIP) features. No-tool rapid change over systems are an integral part of the machine design, including state of the art recipe management that simplifies the machine set-ups with the capability of recording important machine parameters for the different product and container configurations.

RONCHI continues the ever improving evolution of the EXACTA series filler offering features which until now were impossible. One of the impressive new features that has been designed and built for several applications is the filling and capping of two or more products simultaneously. This feature adds the ability to produce MIXED CASES with several products. Mixed Cases can be produced with two different systems:
- Simultaneous filling of two or more finished products.
- Delivering a base product into the filler with simultaneous injection of the various additives for the final mixed product (system patented by RONCHI).
Application of caps with different colours for the various bottles filled with the different products can also be supplied with this system.
This permits the maximum flexibility of the composition of the various packages.
The EXACTA series is available as a stand alone filler or combined into a monoblock configuration filler with one or more capping sections for screw-on and press-on caps, caps to be oriented, spray, dispenser and trigger pumps.
